+ Digital Products

All digital products sold on Brow Logic are final sale. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable files, software, eBooks, courses, and digital media. 

By purchasing any digital products from our store, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Final Sale policy for digital items. Once the product has been delivered electronically, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

+ Physical Products

All physical products sold on Brow Logic are also final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on physical goods. Before completing your purchase, we encourage you to review your order carefully to ensure that the item(s) meet your needs.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

+ Exceptions

In the rare event that a product you received is defective or incorrect, please contact us at browlogicinfo@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will ask for proof of the defect or error, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:
   - A replacement (for physical products).
   - A store credit or exchange.

Please note that shipping fees for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
